The bathroom pods are manufactured at our 21,000+ sq ft factory set on a 2.5 acre site on the Elsham Wold Industrial Estate in Lincolnshire.

Kondor is situated straight off the A15 within 5 minutes drive from the M180 motorway. Only 15 minutes drive from Humberside International Airport and within 10 minutes reach of the Humber Bridge.

The factory currently consists of 4 lines of production capable of manufacturing 4000+ bathroom pods per annum. At each stage of the production every single bathroom pod is subjected to stringent quality control checks.
